Who we are

OfertaAlert is an independent editorial unit based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We focus on travel connectivity, prepaid eSIM plans, roaming cost avoidance and practical tech for people who travel between Latin America, the Caribbean, the U.S. and Europe.

We publish primarily in Spanish and provide English summaries for global reference.

How we review eSIM providers

We analyze publicly advertised information from major eSIM brands (Airalo, Holafly, SimOptions, Seyferttec eSIM and others), focusing on:

• Entry-level price ranges for short-stay / tourist data packs.
• Coverage claims (“190+ countries”, “Europe-wide”, etc.).
• Typical plan duration (3 / 7 / 15 / 30 days or GB-based validity).
• Whether “unlimited data” is throttled after a few GB (Fair Usage Policy).
• Support model: chatbot only, WhatsApp, or 24/7 human agent in Spanish / English.

Last editorial review: October 2025. Providers can update pricing, refund practices or throttling rules at any moment.
